The Fischer S-Bound 98 blends cross country touring performance with downhill turning performance to make a versatile ski for mellow and moderate terrain. Our skis are mounted with the new Rottefella Xplore binding which provides exceptional lateral stability for parallel and telemark turns.
We have a couple of Fischer EZ skins available. These are partial length skins for ascending moderate slopes or dealing with snow conditions that aren’t favorable to the Fischer crown pattern. These are free of charge for customers renting S-Bound 98’s but must be booked separately and we have a limited quaintly. The listing for EZ skins is on the same page as all of our classic and backcountry cross-country skis.
These skis are not compatible with NNN-BC or 75mm/3-pin boots. We have Alpina Alaska Xplore boots for rent.
Sizing is based on the customer’s weight.
