Cancellation Policy
- Cancelations made 48 hours or more prior to scheduled pick-up time receive a full refund
- Cancelations made less than 48 hours prior to scheduled pick-up time receive a 50% refund.
- The renter may also choose to reschedule with an additional 15% rescheduling fee
